My garage door opener stopped working and I logged a incident report with my home warranty company. Within 48 business hours, Mike stopped by to access the situation and said the opener was badly damaged (showed me the sheared gears). He said he would get his office to call the warranty company and recommend a replacing the unit. Sure enough, Laura gave me a call from their office and said they got the approval to replace it. I have an old garage with an existing door that didn’t move well with an opener that needed replacing. I called Worcester Door and they were quick to come take a look and offer a solution at a great price. They ended up installing new tracks, a new motor and doing some reframing to make it fit in an old low height garage. The work was quality and quick with great communication. Mike the owner was great to work with. Highly recommended.
Poor follow through. Called almost 2 months ago for an estimate, did get an immediate call back. Explained my jobs and was told I would get a call back for someone to come out and provide an estimate. I got nothing. I called back asking someone to call me, I got nothing. Disappointing.
My garage door recently stopped working and I searched for garage door repair online. The first company I called was Worcester Door and spoke to the owner Mike. I told him what I thought was wrong and he asked to send him a few pictures. After sending them over he recommended I could go to a hardware store to get the part and replace myself instead of hiring a tech. We had 2 garage doors replaced. Couldn't be happier with the quotes received, information supplied, the response time for questions, ordering and installation. Great service - the doors look beautiful and Mike was extremely thorough with showing me how it all works once installed. We've also called on Worcester Door in the past for service on our old doors and felt just as happy with that service. I definitely recommend Worcester Door.
