The staff is so kind and helpful.
East Main Dental is fabulous! I became a patient about 1 1/2 years ago and Dr. McGowan and his team are professional, kind, caring and friendly. They make you feel like you are family and they go out of their way to listen and respond appropriately with your treatment. Everyone here goes above and beyond and I am so glad to have them as my provider!
I always get a very nice welcome. I am using a walker, and when the receptionists se me approaching they come and hold the door open for me so I can make my grand entrance. Darla is very competent, a good communicator, and gives great advice. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Wilson for the first time, and he proved his competence by asking me back to deal with 3 small fillings. Overall, I feel that I’m in good hands!
