I rarely respond to surveys since in most cases they are a complete waste of time but I am moved to complete this one due to the excellent services of Dr. Kiefer and his more than capable assistant (my apologies i completely forgot her name). Both were very caring and took "pains" to explain every thing they did or were about to do. I, however, suffered no discomfort despite not having Novocain.Thank you!

I had such a wonderful visit yesterday. Jan was my hygienist and she is one part hygienist, one part counselor and one part friend. Makes me want to go more often just to see her! :) And Dr. Kiefer was wonderful, as always. Thanks for making this aspect of my health care so delightful. PS- nice new cordless polisher!
Everyone is so well trained and knows their job that procedures flow effortlessly. I was treated with great care, the work was excellent, and I felt nothing. Got a call at home that night to see how I was doing.Extraordinary care and caring.
My dtr was having a cavity filled and she was very nervous. Kim, Jen and Dr. Relle were so patient and kind at explaining things to her and walked her thru everystep! Awesome! awesome! awesome!
The visit was pleasant as usual and the doctor and staff professional.
Wonderful to see how well the staff manages to eat very healthy foods for their lunch break
As usual this was a very good visit with everything talking care of proficiently and expediently.
