I am very fortunate to be a patient of the wonderful team at Wooster Dental. They are skilled, kind, helpful and understanding. One could not wish for a better experience. I know that I am blessed for having this wonderful group of dedicated staff and doctors helping me. Thank you Dr. Relle.
After five years of planning a family cruise (and five failed attempts due to one crisis after another) we finally were able to pull it off this year with all the kids and grandkids. The day before we were to fly out, I broke a tooth. Dr. Relle not only fit me in to his crazy Christmas schedule that day but fixed the tooth and then on the way out said “Merry Christmas, you have enough to worry about!” and did not charge me. Who does that anymore? I cannot say enough good things about this practice.
Recently I needed one and Dr. Kiefer helped me navigate that process potentially saving us a lot of money and more importantly getting me on the right path forward for my dental health. Not all dental providers can be trusted to deliver those services but Dr Keifer (and his team at WD) does. Thank you for being there for us. God bless and Merry Christmas to the WD team!
Went in for a crown and it was put in rather quickly
My hygienist(I'm sorry, I can't recall her name) was very skillful and professional....It was a very good experience for me. :-))
I had a regular 6-month dental hygiene appointment, but got a bad cold and had to reschedule. Fortunately, Lisa called to check on my availability for a cancellation, so I didn’t have to wait many days or weeks for a new appointment. Mary did a thorough job, checked X-rays, remembering Dr. Relle’s preferences, and answered all of my questions attentively.
