Prompt and professional
My experience for a check-up and cleaning was excellent as always. My hygenist, Jan, is the best and I always look forward to seeing her. She does a great job, as she has for all of the years she has been cleaning my teeth. I missed not seeing Dr. Kiefer, but was glad to meet Dr. Sherman.
The appointment was great. Linda does such a thorough job cleaning my teeth.
The wait in the lobby was longer then expected, over 20 mins.. but things do happen. I like the lady to cleaned my teeth. she was very good, and I didn't have a bloody mouth as in my past ! Dr. Sherman introduced himself.. and explained my needs very nice and good to explain !
Treated very well, gave me plenty of information about what do to if I experience any pain.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kiefer's for many years and have referred several friends to his office. I am always very satisfied with the service and the girls make the visits enjoyable. I feel like we're family.
My visit went far better than I expected. Everyone was great.
When you need a dentist Dr Kiefer is the best! The young lady assisting him today was great.
I have gone to Wooster Dental for the past 25 years and have never had a problem. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They seem to have all the latest technology. Just met the new staff addition, Dr. Sherman, and he seems great.
