The hygentist was very outgoing with a super personality. Did a excellent job of cleaning my teeth.
I have been with this practice for about 23 years and have never regretted the choice I made after moving to Wooster. My most recent 2 visits were, first, for a crown prep and, second, getting a shiny gold crown put permanently into place. The entire staff is top-notch; I have only high praise for all of them!

I came in with a chipped tooth and Dr. Sherman and Jen did a phenomenal job repairing it. They were very caring, got right to work, and restored the confidence in my smile within the short time I was there. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of getting any kind of dental work done!!
My visit was handled very professionally, but also with a very pleasant, friendly manner that made my visit include minimal if any stress.
I recently had some concerns about changes in my teeth. Dr. Kiefer and dental hygienist Kim sat down and talked with me openly about what I was experiencing. They added notes to my file to be sure staff continued to monitor my concerns. I appreciate the time they took to listen to me and answer my questions.
