I have always felt very comfortable with both Drs. Kiefer and Relle. They are both very professional and courteous, take time to explain what they are doing and why, and never come across as aloof and condescending towards me as a patient. The staff has always been courteous and professional as well.
Dr. Kieffer and Rachel were very accommodating, squeezing me into the schedule when the office is making appointments 2.5 months out. Rachel was warm and professional. I look forward (?) to coming back in March to get my tooth fixed.Scott

Have been coming to your office for 15+ years and have always been impressed and very satisfied with the care received with both office and medical staff. I am always greeted with a smile and even sometimes with busyness of front, I still get acknowledged with a wave. Thank you Dr. Kiefer, Dr. Relle, Jan and all the other very qualified hygienists for making my dental visits such pleasant ones!
As always, my experience at Wooster Dental was a positive one. Tammy, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was friendly, concerned about my teeth, and competent at her job. It is important to me that my healthcare providers are highly qualified experts in their field. I have always experienced the highest quality of care at Wooster Dental. I highly recommend them.
As always the service is excellent -- friendly and professional. I'm sorry that it is now necessary to see a specialist for a root canal, however.
