My appointment involved the first stage in preparation for a crown. Dr. Kiefer and assistant Kim were very pleasant with interesting conversation on an early Monday morning. The procedure was pain free. I truly appreciate any explanation of what goes on and Dr. Kiefer and Kim were thorough with answers.
