This is a five star orthopaedic sport medicine center!!!
Upon arrival of my first appointment today, I realized that I had forgotten my insurance card...at first that was ok since I had already given my insurance information over the phone. When I didn't have my copay card, I was told I would need to reschedule my appointment. I offered to write a check to cover my copay and my spouse offered to drive home and get both my insurance and copay cards and yet I was still turned away.
