After searching and comparing prices. We came back to buy from them. Number 1. They deliver haul away old and hook up. They aren't pushy. They listen. Was awesome experience. Britney was awesome sales lady. Plus you support local. The big box stores aren't helpful. Here you are a person. You are treated courteous. I went in with my hillbilly pants on. Came in to find a part..it was not a part I needed and was redirected to a part that they seemed to think was the issue It is an old washer but didn't want to buy a new one..they gave me directions on how to repair it and now my washer is running great Thank you for your help I appreciate it so much!!!
Terrible sales people. First salesman told me I would get a 10% discount because I work at the college. Returned two days later only to be told the discount only applied to the MSRP which they were below. So beware if you are a college employee hoping to take advantage of this discount. I love supporting small businesses, but when Lowe's already has the same models for over $100 cheaper, I unfortunately have to take my business there.

If you are looking for helpful salespeople with that hometown feeling don not come here. The delivery and installers are awesome. Sales people stink.
