Lee and his staff have been a pleasure to work with. They tracked down appliances to fit our old, small kitchen. Their service staff installed our dishwasher, working around some antique carpentry. The sales and service we receive from Wooster Appliance Center keeps us from even looking at big box stores.
I purchased a dishwasher here and got the greatest service. One thing was not right and they fixed it the next day within an hour of my phone call. They are local and have their own installers. If something goes wrong, they will fix it
Will never do business with this business again, very poor customer service
Extremely pleased with the purchase of our new GE washer and dryer set. Appreciate Wooster Appliance working with me on a dryer I purchased from another GE dealer but didn't like the dryer. I love my new set!
