I honestly don’t know if she’s a nurse or a receptionist, or what gives her the confidence to keep being so unfriendly actually so rude. The doctors are either all elderly or graduates from Mexican universities, and there’s no trustworthy medical staff. One of them even showed me a prescription dictionary and asked me which medication they should prescribe. I went to the hospital, and it smelled like hair chemical from a hair salon—completely absurd…

I actually don't know why this place have such a negative review?.Like my visit was awesome when I went with them. So fully story. I had to go there to work on my skin, right? The people that treated me was SOOOOOO kind and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Maybe I got in on a good day or something, idk, but I very much enjoy it! Five star!

아이가 6일째 열이 나서 기침이 멈추지 않아 병원을 찾았습니다. 백선생님께 진료받았고 x-ray 및 독감 kit 검사를 받았습니다. kit 결과는 negative 였고 x-ray에서 "폐는 정상"이고 기관지가 좀 부어 있고 부비동염이 의심된다는 이야기를 했습니다. 폐 청진도 정상이라고 하였습니다. 부비동염이라고 하기엔 너무나 고열이고 (39도 이상) 코막힘이나 콧물 등의 증상은 없었기에, x-ray를 좀 보여달라고 말씀드려 확인했는데, 폐 우중엽에 너무나도 명확한 폐렴 소견이 보였습니다. 폐렴이 아니냐고 질문을 드렸는데 아이에서는 이렇게 보일 수 있고 기관지 염증이 좀 진하게 보이는거다.. 라는 식으로 설명을 했습니다. 한국에서 저도 내과의사이고 영상의학과 및 호흡기내과 지인분들과도 상의했고 너무나도 명확한 우중엽 폐렴이라고 판단되어 다시 한번 말씀을 드렸는데도 폐렴은 아니라고 했습니다. 진료와 처방을 믿을 수 없어 진료기록과 x-ray를 카피해서 부랴부랴 Rady's children hospital 응급실로 갔습니다. x-ray를 복... read more
