👎 Extremely disappointed with the service at Rosebery Woolworths. Staff member Annisha blatantly lied about store policy, claiming there was a “no dogs” sign outside—there wasn’t. I was holding my small dog the entire time, and she refused to serve me for over 20 minutes, while intentionally ignoring my request for help. When I tried to document the situation, she accused me of “harassment.” Unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely unfit for customer service. Management should take this seriously.
The worst service ever ! Picking up a order for customer show the indian lady the name she dint even look and say no ! Show it to other lady that order and its already done ! If you do not feeling well or not feel like working just stay home ! Dont show your sad face to other !! Life is already hard enough for god sake
Great metro to pick up extra things you need. Nira (who was on the coffee machine) when I went in was extremely friendly and helpful, much like all the staff in there. She also made a great coffee!
Never any bbq chickens, tiny selection of products.
