I have shopped at woolies ingleburn since the store opened & it has gradually become worse over the years as far as service goes which is a shame because that reflects on some staff members who do a great job in difficult circumstances, the store is under staffed & relies too much on self serve checkouts where we have a staff member wasted standing there. I grabbed a small trolley and went in to the store. I was horrified, when I placed my bag on the hook and saw the putrid state of the trolley. Totally not food safe. Another issue was a special tag hanging over egg and bacon potato salad. I took it to the service counter for a refund. No problem. The lady went off to get the not overpriced tub. Back at home I opened the tub. She had brought over PASTA salad.??????
