Absolutely abysmal. Saw an old couple with one thing from the deli and had to line up behind 4 trolleys full of groceries.lucky everyone in front were nice and let them go ahead. So no express checkouts anymore and hardly any checkouts open. I used to go every day but have switched to Coles and won’t be back. I spend $300 -$400 a week
