Can be very cluttered and crowded and difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for. Needs more vegan/ plant based options too.
First of all this is not about the store itself, I shop there often and never have an issue. Very disappointed, tried click and collect for the first time and I doubt I'll ever be using it again. A third of my items were out of stock and immediately swapped out, without giving me any option, with items that I do not want. Three of my items were not packed and when I realised and requested a refund, only $15 of the $22 the items cost was refunded, more of an online problem than this store specifically but still, pretty horrib... read more
Can’t wait until Cole’s and Aldi open across the road. Staff are useless
I'd like to commend the young man Christopher for being incredibly helpful and also having a great sense of humour while I was rudely getting in his way while he was stacking shelves (like a pro, I may add) on 9/8/26 at about 7pm. Puts a smile on your face when you can have a joke with super friendly staff. Give him a raise or fat bonus please.
