I was served by Jacob today and I must say he was the best employee for woolworths I has seen for years .I myself employ over 60 people and can tell when someone is happy to serve their customers and Jacob was passionate and so efficient, I just wish I had some cash on me ,I wouldn't given him a $20 tip.I don't live in this area but next time I'm in the area I will tip Jacob and suggest to the manager to look after this young man as he is the best asset this store has ,regards Mark Rifici.
