Was assisted on a register this previous Saturday 1/8 by a lady named Emily. Her customer service was beautiful she offered to pack our bags for us And even placed them in the trolley. When my card declined on the first tap she was very patient and helped us sort out the issue. Had a smile on her face the whole time This is an Outstanding store and we will be returning.

The Asian lady in the self checkout ALWAYS makes me feel like a thief even though I have never stolen a single thing in my life ever!! Always with this rude look on her face asks to check my bag only to find nothing every time . I hate coming here due to this and I prefer Cole’s every time !!! They are so welcoming i never come here unless somethings unavailable in Cole’s . I’d rather pay double price at Cole’s than see that woman’s face
