Just put in an online order and it arrived on time and they gave me a free box of chocolates very happy!
All the same but you do get a more friendly staff in these big stores even in large rural areas like Bendigo...noticed prices were definitely cheaper than Melbourne.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members, Zac, during my recent visit to your store. He was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for help. Not only was his attitude unprofessional, but he also seemed uninterested in assisting customers or performing his duties properly. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor service, especially from someone representing a brand like Woolworths. Literelly i was wait like 50 minute for my online order. That's so disgusting.
