15th April 5.25pm i went into woolworths for a product you didnt have. Went out through the self checkouts, showing my bag to a staff member. I then found i couldnt leave as the security gates were shut. Walked back and forth to try and get them to open. In the end i turned to find a staff member, there were 3 standing around talking and 1 eventually apparently pushed a button to open them. If you are going to have gates that must be opened by a staff then have the staff on duty for that job. I will be avoiding woolies store... read more
