In store is good. Doing online shopping, you never get everything you want. Plus, we had off potatoes on our last order. Was not happy. Poor effort there. Direct to boot needs to change. You pick a time slot, arrive, and there's cars everywhere in the bays and in the disabled space. There's no order to it. We were sitting in a line for 10 minutes trying to get up to the bays to get our order. Should be one way out front.
Mandy and another girl at deliveries on 18/7 Friday were really rude and unprofessional. That’s not the way to deal with customers. Really disappointing. Management should look into this and should tell them to behave mannerly. 👎👎👎
I think customers shopping in the store should be prioritised. Hardly any checkout staff on the weekend but the store was full of staff picking out online customer orders. Had to put a full trolley of shopping through the self checkout. Not a great customer experience. Are you trying to tell us not to come in the store?
Looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, lol. Bit of a trip back in time.
