My adult children and I have been coming to Dr. Levy & Woolf and Woolf Optometrists since my kids were very young. Mostly have had our regular check ups but there have been a few emergencies over the years and Dr. Levy and the whole office have always been very helpful and have taken great care of us!
I've been going to Dr. Bryan for years and highly recommend him. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.
By far the best optician I've been to, fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.
My son was injured at work and had a shard of rusty metal in his eye. Dr Levy waited for him to arrive even though it was already the end of the day so we wouldn't have to waste our time at the emergency room. Thank goodness she got all of it out and we want can't thank her and Helen (front desk) enough!!
Wonderful visit. Dr. Levy was terrific as always. Answers all my questions and is there for my fears and concerns. She is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank u Dr. Levy!
I started with Dr. Woolf when I was a teenager. After being away for several years I am back. Friendly staff and they explained the different tests to me. Dr. Levy was very nice and professional, took her time with me and addressed my concerns.
This last visit was horrible! I had to wait an hour before I was taken back for my exam. Mind you I had to reschedule my appointment twice because the office was closing early. I really don't mind waiting but it would be nice if someone could have informed me that I was not forgotten about and they were running behind.
Messed up my prescription, had to go back to get it fixed, then they lost the new one, I've been trying to get contacts for over a week, it's a constant run around. They don't listen to what you want and try to sell you anything they can. Very disappointed
I needed a thorough eye exam for my 5 year old son and that is exactly what I got! Dr. Levy was determined to check everything and was patient and kind. I will be scheduling an appointment for myself in the near future!
