The lady that trims nails for cats is never pleasant and this is the second time there was an issue that we drove all the way over there and they wouldn’t clip their nails. We will never go back!

Amazing customer service, one of the most important factors are the groomers, Talia is exceptional, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients, very happy and satisfied with her and the service they provide.
No lleven sus mascotas donde Victor, es un irresponsable y no le gusta pasar trabajo. Le lleve mi perro Poodle Toy no hizo más que mirarlo y se empezó a quejar de que mi perro tenia nudos, cuando mi mascota no sale ni al patio, lo que hizo fue pasarle la maquina y casi lo dejo sin su hermoso pelo rojo hasta su cola, mi perro tenia su pelo bastante largo, No Vuelvo!

I love this place! Excellent grooming and customer service .
I took my Biewer Yorkie in for an Asian flair haircut and was told both times that they had a groomer who could do it. The first time they gave her a standard yorkie cut but then the second time I made sure they had someone who could do Asian flair and was told they did and I even provided a picture and when I picked my little girl up she was butchered. She had been shaved with uneven hair all over her face. Called back to speak with manager several times with no return phone call.
