I brought my dog here a few days ago, and the service was amazing. The staff was friendly and very attentive, my dogs haircut was cute and the price for all the work they did on her was more than reasonable, they took a little long to get her done but the end result was worth it.
Very disappointed with the experience. We took our dog for a haircut after her paw surgery and gave them clear instructions about the cut, but honestly, they did a terrible job. The first time we took her, the grooming was excellent, but this time they had a different groomer and it was a complete disaster. They didn’t follow our instructions, the haircut looked awful, and our dog came back extremely stressed. It’s clear that the person who worked on her is not a professional.
