Drove 25 minutes out to get my dog groomed. Had an accident with the pup inside the car so I had to pull over and walk him / secure him again. I was 12 minutes late to my appointment and they wanted to charge $20 for being late - something NEVER communicated anywhere. I asked Marissa for an exception and extremely rudely she called Chris the manager - he denied the exception. We recently moved to the area and are first time customers of Woof Gang. Our experience was great! Booking was easy, drop-off was a breeze, all of the staff were friendly, and our pooch got a great grooming! We also picked up a baked treat for him that was very reasonably priced, and he loved it. We will definitely be bringing our furry kiddo back here again!
