Very disorganized with their scheduling. I scheduled an appointment online a week in advance. Initially, I received a text asking me to come in 45 minutes earlier than the requested time, followed by another text saying, 'Nevermind... 11:00 am is perfect.' Then I received a phone call over the weekend telling me they had double-booked the time slot and needed to move my appointment 90 minutes later. A fair job but it should not be 95 dollars to groom a 17lb dog.

I’m kicking myself for not taking my pup in earlier. I forget the super friendly front desk gal’s name, Nichole or something similar, seemed so happy to be working there. She had answers to questions and got Obi back for a walk in nail trim quite quick. I assumed this place would be super expensive but actually are very reasonable and offer lots of ‘treats’ for your fur babies. I will definitely be back! Kudos. Keep it up.
