Worst groomer I’ve used. My dog looks horrible. Looks like a hack job. Very sloppy job, did not do what was asked for grooming, and barely trimmed nails. Very expensive, and pretty sure the A-glands were not expressed…..
A year later, I'm still dealing with my dog's grooming sensitivity because of Wolf Gang Bakery. I should have submitted this review sooner. He came out with red paws, almost bleeding because the blade shaved him too close to his skin. They claimed to be comfortable with grooming a Standard Poodle. My dog was limping after the appointment. To this day, he flinches at his paws being trimmed. Before Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming, groomers would be able to shave his paws. I brought my friend Brutus in for a mini spa day and these ladies did not disappoint! Total dog whisperers - so kind and generous with all of the doggy treats to make Brutus feel welcome and comfy. Excited to come back again soon!
Very disorganized with their scheduling. I scheduled an appointment online a week in advance. Initially, I received a text asking me to come in 45 minutes earlier than the requested time, followed by another text saying, 'Nevermind... 11:00 am is perfect.' Then I received a phone call over the weekend telling me they had double-booked the time slot and needed to move my appointment 90 minutes later.
