Sloppy work, bad estimates I dropped off my boots 11/16 to have a loose heal repaired. I got a quote of $5 to fix it and told it would be ready on 11/22. I called 11/29 and it wasn't fixed. He didn't think he could fix it. 20 minutes later he called back, said it was fixed & it would cost $10 plus tax. I went to pick it up, the boot lining had a lump in it, that would hurt my foot.
