This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an HVAC company. Our air conditioner stopped working, and after waiting nearly a week in the Texas heat, the technicians replaced a part they said had failed. Less than two weeks later, the exact same part failed again, leaving us without air conditioning for a second time.
