The installation was completed efficiently in about three hours, and the technician took the time to explain the new system's features, which was a noticeable improvement from my previous experience where I felt left in the Thanks
After a previous contractor left us with more issues than solutions, I was relieved when the technician methodically dismantled and examined our A/C system over a couple of hours, diagnosing a faulty compressor that he then replaced efficiently.
Our air conditioning stopped cooling properly, and after their inspection revealed a faulty capacitor, they replaced it and had the system running efficiently again in under an hour. The technician also explained how to prevent similar issues in the future, which was helpful.
I wanted to write a review because they helped extend the life of my portable A/C unit by thoroughly cleaning and servicing it in just under an hour. The technician patiently explained which components were causing the reduced efficiency, and why regular maintenance is important for these smaller units.
Having been unsure if preventive maintenance would uncover any new issues, I found their approach thorough as they explained how a minor refrigerant leak could be addressed now to avoid future problems. This contrasted with another company who glossed over the inspection and missed it entirely.
