Yesterday my Ram 3500 had a problem and needed help, so the closest dealer was Woody Folsom. I asked Brandon the Service Advisor for help, and I feel so good that I did. This guy moved everything he needed to move and helped me out. I told Brandon I was a few hundred miles away from home, and he fixed my car. Brandon and Omar (tech) made my day. I have always used Dodge Ram Jeep in Douglas buying or servicing my vehicles. I’m disappointed in the service I received this last time. I was charged quite a bit for service on my brakes, radiator, and whatever else they said. My Jeep electrical is out of whack,, something in my cooling system is still leaking and they are the one who said they found the leak and they would fix it.. I took it once, but it’s the same thing. Service department is a joke. You can schedule a service online and it notifies the customer through text and email. Even makes you confirm. But the service department says they don’t get the appointment. Take it off the site if it doesn’t work. Prices are ridiculous. And to actually get an appointment because they say you have to call not use the online service it’s over a month out.
I drove down from Atlanta for a specific vehicle. Lonnie Durden(salesman) was amazing, top notch. Very personable and professional. Lance Hudson (finance) also was great, very informational. This had to be the shortest time spent at the dealer for a purchase ever. Great shopping experience, highly recommend!!!
