I met him right after the storm and helped him with his insurance claim .I put a roof on his house and so when I got ready to buy a truck naturally he came to mind. He did business with me. We went to the lot in Douglas looking to trade our vehicle in on a newer vehicle. They couldn't find one for us so they called the Baxley lot and found a 2017 Ford truck. They delivered it to us in Waycross. My wife drove the truck to Douglas while I drove our vehicle. I felt pressured to begin with but we needed another way to go. Terrible experience with service department. I brought my truck in for a potential battery / alternator situation. I also asked if the screen on my radio was under warranty. I told them I didn't want to spend any money on the radio it if it wasn't. I was even told at one point everything would be fixed for $317.00. Over the several day period, I called for the service department 3 different times only to be put on hold, never to be answered.
