Asked them to replace a tire pressure sensor on my truck and they said they’d get it ordered. Waited a month before calling back and someone else answered saying that they’d don’t even have that item and I’d have to go to a different location. Showed up to the location another month later and said they did have it and had it with them the whole time. What I thought was looking to be our best buying experience with a dealer ever, has finally shown its ugly face. They sold us a wrecked Yukon and didn’t disclose it. We specifically asked about an area because it looked like the headlight was leaking (internal condensation). We’ve now discovered the Yukon was wrecked. Headlight is jarred, bumper misaligned.
