Had a great experience at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville thanks to Jerry Moseley. I came in looking at vehicles and saw this really nice Ford Explorer. Jerry came over, asked if he could grab the keys so my mom and I could take a look, and then let us take it for a test drive. I knew right then it was the one. Jerry was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. I absolutely love my car. A big thank you to Jerry and Woody Anderson Ford for helping me find my perfect car!

The entire team around there made my first Ford purchase super great. My sales guy was Phil Henderson, and I’m glad it was. The communication was superb and the level of commitment that was provided in giving me a great experience was through the roof. Not to mention the dealership has the most comfy lounge to sit around and wait in. The entire team there has made me a Ford man forever , and I’ll never buy another vehicle anywhere. Cushy building and polished sales people. You pay for that. They charge those ridiculous "doc fees" and additional fees of ~$1,000 per car. Then they lowball you on trade value and don't negotiate strong on sales price. I went to Long Lewis and literally got the same vehicle using the same trade and saved $8,000 (got 40% more for trade, no doc and extra fees, and they negotiated an additional 2K off new car price).
