In June I reached out to this apartment complex(woodwind villa). They told us to pay $250 deposit to hold down the 3 bedroom apartment of which we did because we were in a hotel with kids and in desperate need to move. After payment they started their plan which included contact my workplace to verify that I work there. I gave them the company contact but they never contacted them until I reached back out again. My experience here has been a good one. Any issues that I've had has always been addressed in a timely manner. And glad to say they were minor. It's a nice small and friendly community. I love the size of my apartment. And to have some storage space was a big winner for me. It's also a great location. I would highly recommend WoodWind Villa
We love Woodwind Villa, Is a beautiful community, The floorplan of my 3-bed apartment is nice, and the finishes too, like plank flooring and carpets in the bedrooms. The Rental office staff the new Mgr Sol and Marsha her Assistant are very knowledgeable and making happen here helpful with the process. Thank you and keep it up!!!
