These people are a bunch of ass holes. I lived there for 4 years and had never been late with rent called one time for a maintience repair to my shower and they botched it.I was told that they always due patch up jobs and saw it first hand. The MAnager Wendy is very unfriendly and even runs off tenants.I would not recommend them at all if you want your monies worth.Plus the apartments are leaning and building inspectors have told them this.They have a mantainence man that will eat out of your fridge as well.
These people own two other apartments in the area. I first lived at Woodwind before transferring to one of their other properties. I have never had any trouble with the owners/management. They are always so friendly and helpful and accessible. Whenever I have a problem the promptly addressed it. I enjoyed living at Woodwind so much that when I needed to move to West Monroe, I moved into Shangri La.
