In our experience, a rarity in customer service these days: prompt, courteous, meticulous (in work and clean-up) and exceeded expectations in the job contracted. They showed up early and wasted NO time.
They took down three dead/dying dogwood trees and removed the fallen limb from a 100+ year old pecan tree in just under two hours. All debris removed and the driveway blown clean as well. Showed up as scheduled with follow-through beforehand to confirm the appointment. Very professional.
I had Kevin Woodward and 2 other tree services give me a quote several years ago to remove a tree off my house after a storm. He had the best price but more importantly, he was confident about how easy the tree would be to remove while the other 2 told me how tough the job would be to inflate their prices. Kevin removed the tree without any trouble. I've used Woodward's Tree Service several times since that storm and I've been more than pleased each time. 5-Star company and a 5-Star owner!
