Very unprofessional. I had an appointment, to which they never showed. The same woman who scheduled the appointment claimed they had no record of it. And, since they will only give you a 4 hour window for service, I wasted an entire day off. Do not use this company, unless you like your time wasted. Not reliable.
Naturally the 30 year old AC unit would die in the hottest month of the year. Brennon came out and gave my mom a quote and at that time they were still 3 weeks out scheduling wise but it took my mom 3 weeks to make a decision. Brennon came back and went over the quote with my Mom line by line and made his suggestions. My mom made the decision that day, which was a Friday. From the salesman to the techs they were outstanding. The salesman was extremely thorough and professional. The techs were also professional, fast and communicated well during the process. They installed a gas furnace and a central air conditioner all in one day. Our system is fantastic and meets our needs beyond our expectations. Despite a couple of changes to the plan, the price that was quoted was the final price. Would hire them again in a minute.
I called for service since the air conditioner on our commercial building was not working. I had to call couple of times and they came out, replaced the filter and were prompt in servicing the unit. They are professional in what they are doing.
Young guy came to my house to do a spring clean and check on our AC. I didn't expect any bad news because it ran perfect last summer. He came in and had of course bad news at first just one part then the all of a sudden it was the compressor then five minutes later it was the entire unit needed to be replaced. I said " I will have to talk to my husband about it before I make a decision" He then got very arrogant and said " well when your BOSS gets home and tells you what you can do give us a call" Boss meaning my husband.
