They don’t answer the phone different apartment I will go
I’ve lived at Woodward court apartments for 3 years and the staff is great! They’ve made so many enhancements to the property and the apartments themselves are beautiful and modern! I love living in the royal oak area so this location was ideal for me. Office staff and maintenance personal are really attentive and friendly. You can tell they really care about the upkeep of the property.
If 0 stars were possible, I would give it that, however, Woodward Court is a scam of an apartment complex; since moving in July 2023, there’s been nothing but issues, when we first move in, we discover that there’s not only leaking pipes, but also mold building behind it, their claim is Green Board, it’s not an icky green, and you can see that with the pipe leaking, and they told us everything was okay. Don’t waste your time here! Applied on a website built in 1970, was told 48-72 hours until I would receive notice, it’s been 12 days, countless phone calls and am now not even getting anyone to answer. Better off grabbing a sleeping bag and heading under the bridge on 8 mile. These folks are a joke.
