The staff are helpful and accommodating. They listen, and try to find practical solutions. Doubling as a pharmacy pickup, is extremely convenient.
Do not get dr Lawson as your dr she doesn't give you your refills as needed nor do they call you back ,then they never answer the phone or call you back
Slow.
I’m not sure what’s going on with them, But as of right now, currently whoever is at the front desk is extremely rude. They are barely answering the phones at this point. I have been hung up on Two different times. And the third time was when I was leaving a voicemail. They picked up the phone and hung it up.. There’s no excuse for this type of behavior in a healthcare field or in service Based jobs at all!!
