STAY AWAY from Woodview Apartments. I lived there for 1 year, over 2 years ago. Months after moving out, they sent me a statement with arbitrary charges like an oven cleaning fee and carpet cleaning. I left the place spotless after move-out and have photos to prove it, so I asked them for proof tied to the charges - they didn't respond. Every 3 months or so they would reach out again, stating my balance and AGAIN I would follow up asking for proof. Then silence again. maintenence literally just broke into my unit while I wasn't there against my specific instructions against that. im checking to make sure all my jewelry is still here
