STAY AWAY from Woodview Apartments. I lived there for 1 year, over 2 years ago. Months after moving out, they sent me a statement with arbitrary charges like an oven cleaning fee and carpet cleaning. I left the place spotless after move-out and have photos to prove it, so I asked them for proof tied to the charges - they didn't respond. Every 3 months or so they would reach out again, stating my balance and AGAIN I would follow up asking for proof. Then silence again. Christian, from the maintenance team, went through my punch list thoroughly, quickly and to perfection! The staff here is great and helpful.
maintenence literally just broke into my unit while I wasn't there against my specific instructions against that. im checking to make sure all my jewelry is still here
The worst of the worst, a very horrible place to live. Stay away from this place you can most certainly find much much better. (Especially for the exorbitant price)
