The staff here can be tricky. They told me one thing about moving out and charged me another $1000+ re-letting fee. I told them that I did not want to pay this and they still twisted words. They said I asked to move out on Mach 7th, instead of March 14th even though I was in the apartment on March 8th and even returned the key on March 10th. They said moving out 7 days early would cost an extra $1000! On top of all of that, they are trying to charge me for small damages that were there since I moved in. Shameless.
Village manager or whichever employee was in the office was extremely rude, and swore at us to leave, AS we were already leaving.
Stayed here for more than 2 years. The best apartments to stay in North Austin. Be you are single, family or 55+ Hester Nel & Andrew Flowers helped me a lot during my stay. Apple, Visa, Oracle, IBM, Charles Schwab are very close. I highly recommend Riata to everyone.
Have been staying here for last five years and have seen Riata change hands of different management. By far Andrew and Hester are one of the best village managers to work with, they care for residents and go beyond to address the concerns. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and they follow up to see if things are ok. I can count on them for my cozy stay here.
I am living here from past 5 years. The one bed apartment we lived for 4 years gave us a very pleasant stay. Morning sunrise and natural lights makes our day, plus the greenery in front of apartment invites many birds. It gives a nice hideout from the crowd, plus bright natural light. We moved recently to 2 bed apartment, which is having same natural light, but it was not upgraded as old apartment, plus rent is high, kitchen is small, good thing is that closet, living, bedroom and dining is very spacious.
