I have been living at Woodtrail for six months and I love it. The staff is very helpful and they make sure you are comfortable. I must say Ms Phoebe is awesome she is always very pleasant and willing to help the best she can. I highly recommend Woodtrail Apts.
I would NOT recommend anyone live here. When I first moved in about a year ago things were not that bad. However, now there has been an increase in crime, noise, and people dealing drugs from their apartments. The new management team does a piss poor job screening these potential tenants, and as a result you have overcrowding in apartments and people loitering all times of day and night.
