Didn't visit. We just dropped someone off.
Ever since enigma properties took over our apartments the water has been freezing cold and I haven’t seen one single person come clean, they fired our cleaners and don’t care how filthy it is.
Staff is friendly, very quiet building no complaints from me love it here management always going over and beyond when I need anything.
Can’t bother to maintain their facilities in such a way that tenants have consistent heat. I’ve heard multiple reports of people lacking sufficient heat which is unacceptable in the middle of an arctic storm. There will be complaints filed with the city as they require landlords to be able to maintain at least 67 degrees, which they are not.
