i lived here april 2024-2025 it started out good into i had water problems in my bathroom leaking from the celling it got so bad that i had to get moved to the hotel even after they had ppl come fix it, it still became even more of a problem management never answers phone she watches you call i had a MICE problem just one tho i don’t no where it came from and also baby roaches never saw a mice or roach after that my unit stayed cleaned so i seriously don’t know where it came from the lady in office kept trying tell me they n... read more
I've lived at Woods View Apartments for 7.5 years. My place is small and I need a 2 bedroom now. It's a good place. You have to let them know and it will get fixed.
Great, comfy, safe environment! I love my apartment and all the hard working staff! The pool and jacuzzi addition is really a sweet deal! Compassionate staff and the hallways and entrances always stay so clean and smelling amazing! If your in need of a place, come and get a place with Minkin Management!
