Straight robbery, more than 1,000 for just 1cleaning!
Great first visit. The waiting room is cozy. Dr Nguyen is professional and thorough.
The people in this office are totally professional and always on top of my needs. I broke a front cap and they were able to make a temporary so I could enjoy the holidays. Everyone there is always gracious and friendly.
I was hoping for a better experience. In my intake paperwork, I voiced the need for billing transparency. They said they accepted my insurance. I paid my portion after the appointment. They said they would call to schedule my next appointment and go over my coverage, as well as what to expect to pay for the next appointment. I never got a call. 5 months later, and I just got a bill for 400 dollars. I checked my insurance, and they never billed them. Woodstock Smiles is amazing! I have always been uncomfortable going to the dentist because of past experiences, but not anymore! Nancy at the front desk is always welcoming every time I go here. Phyllis is so sweet and kind. She makes me feel comfortable when I get my cleanings. Dr. Nguyen is caring and very informative.
