It's a great dealership, employing great people. Whether it's merchandise, sales, parts, or service every dept. is helpful. Whatever I've needed they have always said "yes!". After years patronizing Jim Moroneys in Newburgh, who saw fit to be so petty as to rip me off for a $100 deposit, I've taken my business to Woodstock H-D and never had a regret!
If you are looking to purchase a Harley, the only place you need to visit is Woodstock dealership! I bought my Dyna few months ago and was absolutely blown away by the Customer Service that was provided to me. Sales Rep Michele Lent was not only very knowledgeable and professional but showed extreme amount of patience. Great place..... Stopped in this afternoon and we were welcomed by every staff member who saw us. Always great to talk to Michelle. She's knowledgeable and always interested in our adventure stories about our tri glide.Can't wait to see what they're putting in the front corner of the showroom!
