Awesome dealership Friendly employees great merchandise and accessories.
We popped in right at closing due to travel delays (we were "those" people that those who work in retail hate). The young lady (I wish I had her name) gets an 'A' for the day. She was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Retailers and any sales organization for that matter, should take her DNA and clone her as more people like her are needed on the front lines.
I have shopped and supported this Harley Davidson shop for years.....yesterday I decided I will take my business elsewhere. The reason....their GM Kyle. Shame on you Woodstock Harley for choosing an arrogant and condecending man to represent what used to be a great dealership.
Very clean well stocked dealer. Alot of clothing and bike accessories and many bikes to choose from.
