This has overall been one of the most unprofessional, discriminating, and horrible experiences of our lives. We came to a PET FRIENDLY facility, followed EVERY rule and we were told we cannot continue our stay here due to complaints of our dogs. We have two young German shepards who bark at strangers (what dogs are supposed to do right??). My experience here at this extended stay sucked. It was horrible. They discriminate against dogs and will kick you out over he say she say, with no investigation followed up.

Living in an extended stay can be tough, but this place has truly felt like a second home. The staff doesn’t just do their jobs—they care. Room was clean. Noise level low. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for American Fork Utah.

Room was very nice. Staff was nice and friendly. Had alot of people outside front door . Water pressure wasnt great in shower. But room was nice and air conditioning worked great
