I wish to take the time to apologize to all staff members for my post the other day, the fire alarm had been set off by a guest that morning scaring the hell out of my cats, and the noise got to me too, I also complained about water and power, both had nothing to do with hotel staff, American Fork infrastructure was to blame for both of those not the hotel nor the staff, Justin, Rachel and all of them here are really nice people that do everything they can to help and make your stay pleasant as they can.. if anything I feel ... read more

I usually like staying at Extended Stay hotels because they are clean, quiet, and comfortable without trying to be "luxury" and overdone. That said, this one is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The "kitchen" area looked like it was put in by a random dude who got secondhand cabinets from Facebook. The hotel was filthy, with caked-in grime in a bunch of places where flooring and bathroom fixtures were badly installed. I felt like I was staying in the hotel version of a catastrophic "home flip." ALL the guys that work here are very nice and done alot for me and appreciate everything they do.. I've lived here in the past for 6 months and it was so much worse, the people then were not nice and they let anyone in here and it was not a nice place to stay, but these guys do a very excellent job and appreciate everything they do they keep everything clean and quiet
