The absolutely worse hotel Ive ever stayed at, trashy, no ice, no shampoo, no clean, no kleenex. Rooms are dirty. Keys never work and horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

This has overall been one of the most unprofessional, discriminating, and horrible experiences of our lives. We came to a PET FRIENDLY facility, followed EVERY rule and we were told we cannot continue our stay here due to complaints of our dogs. We have two young German shepards who bark at strangers (what dogs are supposed to do right??). My experience here at this extended stay sucked. It was horrible. They discriminate against dogs and will kick you out over he say she say, with no investigation followed up.

Living in an extended stay can be tough, but this place has truly felt like a second home. The staff doesn’t just do their jobs—they care. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed, turning what could feel like a hotel stay into something much warmer, almost like living in your own little studio apartment.
