I booked a room, and had roaches in the bed by my baby. And all throughout the room. Even in the hallways outside the room. I told the manager at front desk. She was very nice and respectful. Changed my room. Promise me a free night stay. But forgot to put in the system. So the other manager. Told me. We don't do nothing free. Speaking for woodspring. Then things got worse. Lack of professional and respect. Two employees disrespected a custkmer because he was complaining about a charge. These two employees behaved in a rude manner and violent. Their supervisor instead of making the situation better, he made it worst by siding with them. He even tried to manipulate my eye witness account to favor the employees which he seems to have a romantic attachment to both.These same employees have friends over and start eating and making a mess in the Front Desk and its very unprofessional and looks bad. ... read more
