Excellent deal! Understand this is for extended stays. Don't expect a lot of customer service. There is no room service. If you're trying to meet a deadline in the morning, make sure you have clean towels the night before. But the place is clean, and designed to stay clean with quick maintenance. No ruffled curtains, carpeting or thick bedding. Those things are just dust collectors you don't need in a hotel. Very nice laundry facilities. My family and I stayed in this hotel for months while we were looking for our own place. We relocated from north Florida and things took a little longer to fall into place than we expected. The room was descent, the place was kept up and clean. The property is well-lit and maintained. I've been staying here for two weeks already I haven't had no bad experiences. The people that stay here are polite. I heard that this used to be a bad reputation hotel but it seems like they turned it around cuz I haven't seen any drug dealing or any kind of confrontations. all the guests and employees have been polite helpful. This is one of the better hotels that I have stayed at. This motel is not a place for decent people to stay. For long stay they do not clean your room until after 14 days. Ironically, if you do not contact the front desk and ask for the room to be cleaned, it will never be cleaned. The sheets are changed after 14 days, and it’s not automatic unless you request to have sheets changed as well. Also, there are roaches in the rooms that migrate to other rooms. Manager was awesome Issues were resolved quickly My room was quiet for sleeping during the day as I was working Night shift. Price was 1/3 of other motels during peak season Full size fridge stove top and giant microwave. Air blew cold and room was clean. Wood floors helped make the room feel clean
