I've been here for a few years and I've never had a problem! Staff is always friendly, the guests are friendly and I absolutely love the general manager and office staff here!
Our stay at Woodsprings Suites in Simpsonville,SC has been great. The room is perfect for us. We are planning a long stay here, so having the amenities like a kitchen and laundry really helps us out. The Manager here Darrell, has been very helpful and polite. He has went above and beyond to make our stay here the best possible. We are very grateful for his hospitality.
Hotel has the worst wifi in the area. Please know this. If you require wifi and/or work from home you will have regular issues with connecting. Also, wifi is 3rd party so the hotel isnt involved. Call the 800 number and have a translator by your side. The language barrier is real and the hotel itself is not involved or invested. It also costs for more than one device.
The front desk attendant Teri was so nice and very helpful
