Literally made a reservation and nobody was at desk to answer . Called a thousand times and no answer . This hotel literally sucks . And I see so many people having the same issue
For 1500$ we would expect to be able to take showers when we want but there’s never hot water, can’t even give my baby a bath when she has an accident, the water temp doesn’t even reach 99 .Absolutely don’t stay here, there’s roaches in the rooms, all they did was spray and it did nothing. Theres never parking after 5-6 pm.This was the worst stay we have had. The only upside is that the staff like the maintenance man and cleaning lady are pleasant people.
Enjoyed my time there. Will stay again. Loved the staff (Rellz you’re greatest)
