I checked into WoodSpring Suites in Simpsonville, South Carolina expecting a quiet, simple stay—nothing fancy, just clean and comfortable. The place is better then intown suites is all I can say. The people in office has been nice but we set out sheets outside the door because they dont come clean your room. And housekeeping open our door at some point when we were gone and put the dirty sheets back in our room, instead of taking them! We made our own beds, why cant you pick up the sheets! Then our keys will randomly not work at any given moment, I was there for a longer stay and had issues with the keys working and it was so inconvenient. And the 500 number fo... read more

Respectfully this place is awful. The floors are sticky, my AC cover is barely hanging on, and its infested with roaches. I go to use the bathroom and see 3 roaches WITHOUT FAIL! BABY ROACHES TOO! I would stay far away from this place if you can.

The Gm and Agm Ms Amina and Ms Katelyn are amazingly friendly!!! Rooms are nice and clean!!! Just extremely great staff all earring around!!!
