The staff is friendly. Well knowledge, very helpful. There is one who stands out Terisita at the 8103 Cross Park Drive Austin TX. location. Improvements: 1. Broom and a dust pan. 2. Two nightstands. 3. Towel racks

I don't really like to write bad, but this hotel deserves it so that they can do better. I have contacted both health and legal services fin Austin. Now, this is the situation we had: The young man who checked us in was very polite. But the entire hallway upstairs smelled like mildew but we just thought it was something that would go away since we saw the cleaning lady working in the hallway.
