Woodspear property management will bleed you dry financially at any turn they can. I will never recommend renting anywhere that this company manages. From our experience, the impression that we are left with is that they don't care about their tenants and you'll end up paying well above market value for rent while your apartment falls apart around you. Landlords won't actually fix anything that desperately needs it. This very thing caused a dryer fire in our unit only 1 month after inspection and approval. RUN!!!
Shelly just hung up in my face as I questioned why the security cameras don't work. As a concerned tenant, I'm starting to think this is a ruse to placate tenants
The department of Auto Licensing does a great job here. There are very nice ladies who always are ready to help. They will direct you and guide you with the services you require.
Saturday, April 29, 2017, my daughter and I went to Morning Tree Apartments to rent an apartment for me and my husband. This was around 3 PM (so you can tell which rude person was working). When we walked in, the woman was waiting on a couple. We sat down and began to look at brochures. She curtly asked what did we need. I stated we wanted to inquire about a two bedroom apt.
