my son is a new renter at woodsong village - the maintence issues are not addressed in a timely manner - he's been there for 2 weeks, his shower does not work, his washing machine does not work and there is a leak in his kitchen. Ongoing calls are not answered - less than one star UPDATED to add - thank you for responding to my review however it would be more appreciated if his issues were actually addressed. completely incompetent leasing company, houses need updating but they keep increasing rent by the hundreds
I really enjoyed living here! At Woodsong, you're very close to Publix, Kroger, and Aldi as well as tons of other nearby restaurants. On top of that, you're about a 10 minute drive from campus which is perfect for off-campus housing. The house itself was nice as well, with a great common area, front porch, and spacious backyard. It's a great place for you & some friends to consider living at together!
