Well, with all the hoopla about how good the burnt ends were at Woodsmoke, I have to say that we were highly disappointed - first of all they truly were not burnt ends. It was just basically cubes of pork, very moist but definitely not like burnt ends should be. Soooo maybe we tried the wrong thing and will possibly give it another shot - just not sure we're up to paying the price for more disappointment. We were looking for a new place to go close by but as of this first try, it's a no-go!

Linda, I'm sorry you did not enjoy the burnt ends. I can assure you they were not pork. Depending on where you're from and what you're used to "burnt ends" do vary as to what the are "supposed to be." Our burnt ends do get rave reviews and we do sell them out daily. Pulled Pork tacos were amazingly delicious! So glad I got to try them at Vintage Market days in Chesterfield MO.
Ate lunch at Woodsmoke BBQ 2day & OMG!!! Let me just say incredelicious!!! Everything I ate was terrific. Shout-out to Chef Tiffany & staff 4 the hospitality & ensuring our lunch was nothing short of superb! Can't wait to go again (4 breakfast) ALL the food I ate & tasted was awesome from the ribs to the corn bread to the sweet potatoes to the BBQ baked beans & even the lemonade...all of it was GREAT!!!. Everything I've tried from the brisket to shrimp & grits to the chicken & waffles had all been delicious! Whenever you're in the are please stop by and give them a try. I promise you will love it!

Kept seeing reviews on Facebook and my wife is from kc and doesn't care much for STL bbq. Wee end in a lunch date. I had the burnt end sandwich and my wife had the brisket..great food and she loves the butter pecan ice cream also..great lunch date and definitely going to go back!
