Nice place too live. Management is doing a great job in getting the bad ellement out of the picture. The staff is friendly, but emergency maintenance is hard to contact after hours. The ladies that work in the front office are lovely, "Hey Boo.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! These people are crooks! They "lost" my rent payment, the first night we were there our townhome flooded. We paged maintance all night and nobody ever called to find out what was wrong, I had to wait the next morning for the office to open, all my boxes were soaked and they didnt care. The office employees are rude every time there is an issue you need to discuss with them. The apartments and the townhomes are very dirty and small. I will NEVER resign a lease here again!!!
Please dont move in this bedbug infest apartment,have rude officepeople. I live here for two years,and i am ready to move.
The maintenance workers are very lazy. The two bedroom townhomes are so poor looking they do not clean the carpets before you move in nor do they clesn the cob webs out of the high to reach corners. They never come in and check the apartments for bugs or any type of insects. So be aware if you decide to move in them they are in a very poor condition and the price the tell you isnt real because every season you have to pay somethin extra besides rent they arent worth it the projects and the condition of them are way better th... read more
Millwood was a good place to live years ago but now it has turned into the projects, loud music at all hours of the night, fights in the parking lot, drug dealing, the office staff does nothing to stop it they just dont care. A sign at the entrance says security patrol but one has never been seen on the property.
It was the worst living experience that I ever encountered. It has loud music all day and night, loud neighbors talking and fighting outside my door, there are always police taking someone to jail.
The one bedroom apt is nice and large. They do work hard to keep it landscaped and up to date. I love all of that. They have lots of bad people living here. You do hear lots of loud music and one man had a 12 foot long snake outside. He had 2 snakes. It is a good apartment if you already have friends and dont associate with the rest here. The office staff are not very helpful and there is no one to call on emergencies. I would give it a 2 star.
